Neighbors from Vassar United Methodist Church joined us for a Cass River Cruise on a beautiful Sunday Evening.  Colors are were just beginng to turn.  We had great conversations and enjoyed kidding about getting all of Vassar’s Flood waters in the spring.  Looking forward to their return.

We enjoyed this fun loving group from the surrounding Flint area.  They frequent Wolcott Winery often, and were encouraged to try Wine and Chocolate tasting on our boats.  We shared interesting conversations and look forward to seeing them again.

Our tour on the river shall include some spectacular fall colors along the way.  We pass by a high bank that supports some Maples and other hardwoods, offerring a special splash of color for your enjoyment.  Sunny days are especially sought after during the color season; but because the boat can be comfortably enclosed, a special beauty can be appreciated even on a rainy day.  We invite you on one of our regular tours to enjoy this beauty, or participate in one of our speciality cruises, including our wine and chocolate tasting cruise or our pizza cruise.  To find out the progress of colors turning along the river, check on the comment section below the photograph, or call our store at 989-652-3400 after 10:00 a.m. .   We’re confident you’ll enjoy this special experience.

We had a great time with this group from Flint, Michigan who had just returned from our Wine and Chocolate tasting cruise.  Coming back for a second visit, and bringing friends.  Their evening started with dinner at the Frankenmuth Brewery, our next door neighbors.  After dinner they boarded our FunShip, “Happy Times.”  The boat name was especially appropriate for this evening, as we laughed much along the way.   The evening concluded with a visit to our “wine cellar,”  and chocolate shop.  We look forward to seeing them again during our upcoming Fall Color Season.

Bryon secretly rented one of our Aqua Cycles with matrimony in mind.  He placed a heart on a willow tree down near the Bavarian Inn.  Then came to pick up an Aqua Cycle with his special friend Jeni.  During the course of the trip on the Beautiful Cass River, he proposed to her , and best of all she accepted.  Our Best Wishes to this nice couple who chose to make their special day with us in Frankenmuth.

Sharing great conversation with our special friends from Frankenmuth, the Nuechterlein’s.  Bringing guests from Cleveland, and Ann Arbor we visited with other guests from Flint as well as Arizona.  A great way to celebrate the Labor Day Weekend.  Many of the Michigan wines were favored by the group.

We had a great time and conversation with these six folks from Indiana.  They traveled to Frankenmuth in a big RV, and by motorcycle.  We laughed alot and celebrated with them about becoming parents and grandparents.  Special fond memories were shared about the Indiana State Fair as they sipped wine and enjoyed chocolates along the way.

We enjoyed the company of these two from Arizona, who were visiting Michigan, and tried the experience of our Wine and Chocolate Cruise.  Sitting by the Captain allowed for some great conversation as we looked over on our other boat “Makin Memories” cruising next to us, full  of guests enjoying our wine and chocolates!!
