LEAF COLORS CHANGING FAST
The last week of September has shown to have rapid color changes along the River. Even though peak color is still a week or two away, it is beautiful on the River at this stage of change. Plan to visit soon. Call our store for further details 989-652-3400. Don’t forget about our popular wine and chocolate tasting cruises.
Fall Colors Begin 2011
Fall color on the Cass River is in its early stages for 2011. Hints of red, orange and gold are beginning to show up on the beautiful Cass River in Frankenmuth. The weather has been favorable for River Tours, and we encourage visitors to plan their next trip to Frankenmuth to experience this beautiful transformation of color.

2011 River Tours Underway
Saturday, May 7 we began our 2011 boating season. We saw favorable weather, people seeking a fun spring outing, and left with a full boat, on our wine and chocolate tasting cruise. We welcome you to join us this season. Plan to enjoy our new Riverview Wine Garden, where you can enjoy our selection of Wolcott Wines, or an ice cold beer along the banks of the beautiful Cass River. SEE YOU THIS SEASON!!!
2011 River Tours Soon To Start!!!
This spring has been somewhat delayed with colder than normal temperatures, and the river level is still high and unsettled. We plan to be operable in early May, with a definite start up date yet to be determined.
We are presently working on alterations on our Riverfront property in order to expand our offerings to include an Outdoor Service Area for our Wolcott Wines and selected Beers. This “Riverview Wine Garden” will provide for a relaxful setting to sample our popular wines as you enjoy the views of the River. Nestled between the Frankenmuth Brewery and the Marv Herzog Hotel you’ll find a peaceful respite from busy Main Street. Photos of our progress will be forthcoming.
Mott Community College Visits Frankenmuth
We were visited today by classes from Mott Community College. Students preparing for the Hospitality industry toured the Marv Herzog Hotel, as well as spent time at Frankenmuth FunShips, learning about the workings of a small business. The photo is a small group in our Candy Kitchen. We wish them well with their career advancement.
